Mock Crab Pate
"No crab in this! Makes a nice dip or spread for crackers, without any seafood in it!"

ingredients
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 85.04 g grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
directions
- Combine tomatoes and cheese in a saucepan on low heat and stir gently until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and add well beaten eggs.
- Return to low heat and cook until it is thick.
- Serve with crackers or chips.

tastes nothing like crab or pate. drained off a bunch of liquid and ran through a food processor to improve texture. added salt, dill, and chipotle mayo to give it a bit of flavor. somewhat ok at that point but i wont make this again.

My recipe for this which is really old has grated onion in it, without this it's a bit bland.

I like baking fun treats way more than cooking an actual meal! My favorite things to make are muffins, cookies and pancakes. Since joining Zaar I've been making awesome meals. I can't believe I'm marinating and grilling and cooking like never before!
