- 2 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup catsup, divided
directions
- Heat oven to 375.
- Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs, and 1/4 cup catsup.
- Shape into loaf in baking pan.
- Top with catsup.
- Bake for 1 hour or until at least 160 degrees.
