Mock Lemon Meringue Cake

  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package duncan hines deluxe lemon supreme cake mix
  • 2 cups prepared lemon pie filling, cooled
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed

directions

  • Bake cake accrording to package directions, in a 10-inch tube pan. Let cool.
  • Split cake into 3 layers. Stir pie filling until smooth, spread 1/3 of filling between each layer and on top of cake. Frost top, sides and center with whipped topping .
  • Refrigerate.
  • NOTE: Cake and pie filling can be made ahead of time.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
