  1. This is a good way to sneak a veggie onto your plate (and your child's!)while avoiding the carbs in pots. I boiled the cauliflower with 2 cloves of minced garlic in the water. I also used a hand masher and the consistency was great--a little lumpy. When I heated the leftovers, I put some feta in it to make it more of a meal and it was fantastic. Next time I'll do the feta for sure and maybe some black olives. Good recipie--thanks!

  2. Love this stuff. I subbed a small amount of fat free half and half for the cream. An entire 1/4 cup would have made it much too thin. Thanks, great taste.

  3. These were very good, yet needed a little something extra, so the next time I made them I added 1/2 tsp. of chicken bouillon granules and 1/2 sour cream. MUCH BETTER!

  4. These are great! Yes, they are a little runny but they really make the substitue for mashed potatoes with little carbs. Thanks!

I am retired so have more time to do the things I love - Cooking, needlework and traveling. Since we travel extensively throughout the year both inside and outside the US, traveling affords me the opportunity to try many different foods. I'm always interested in something new and unusual. Finding Recipezaare was a God-send since my shelves are getting full of cookbooks and it is hard to remember those "good" recipes but easy to find them with Recipezaare. Also with Recipezaare I have my favorite recipes with me wherever we go (via my laptop). In most of the places we visit we have condos with full kitchens and I can just pull up Recipezaare and prepare dinner when we don't want to eat out. I have recommended Recipezaare to many of my friends.
