"Found in my Mothering Magazine for June. Delicious and healthy. Keeps well overnight in the fridge, too. No one could guess the "secret ingredient" (avacado). :)"

  1. My picky daughter will eat this - that lets you know how good it is. Didn't notice the avocado but does have a banana-ish flavor to it. Works best with very ripe fruits. I add sprinkles or whipped cream and the kids think they are getting a special treat!

  2. I made some up for my mom today, since she needs extra calories. I liked it and I think she will too. I could taste the avocado some, but didn't mind. I added some almond milk, almond butter, whey powder, and acacia fiber, just to get some extra things down my mom. It's quick and easy to make. Thanks for sharing it! Oh, I didn't have any coconut oil on hand, so I used olive oil. I'll get some more coconut oil.
