  1. This was a great pick-me-up after my run. I froze the pineapple before bed last night and then didn't need any ice cubes to get it to the consistency I wanted. I didn't have any rum extract and that didn't bother me at all. I think I might use this as a fast dessert for myself. It is not quite as much as I like when I have a smoothie, but would make a fabulous dessert. And it is 3 weight watchers points incase anyone else is tracking!

  2. Wow! Great drink. I added a half of frozen bannana to it. Very good, but the drink is much better if you just stick to the recipe as is.

  3. This is one of the best pina coladas I have ever tried. It was easy to make and very refreshing

  4. This recipe is AMAZING!!!!!!! Followed it exactly give or take a few drops. My rum extract didn't drop exactly, probably closer to 1/4 teaspoon pour. Its very delicious and refreshing.

  5. Wow! This was so good! I used frozen pineapple and a bit more than a drop of rum extract. Tasted like a drink you would get at a bar but no alcohol! Thanks!!

I graduated from the University of Delaware's HRIM program in '06. Been several years since I was last active and experimenting, but I'm coming back into it. I used to be vegetarian (even had a touch of the veganism), and I still love me my veggies, but I also love me my meat. I will never stop liking tofu no matter what. Don't knock until you try it cooked PROPERLY. Tofu is so easy to mess up.
