- 1 teaspoon vegan butter
- 1⁄2 - 1 red onion
- 1 firm tofu
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tomatoes
directions
- Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan. Add the red onion and sauté until translucent (about 3 minutes). Drain the tofu and pat off some of the remaining moisture with a few paper towels. Add the tofu, the garlic powder, and turmeric to the sauce pan. Use a spoon to break up the tofu into small chunks that resemble scrambled eggs. Heat the mixture until warmed all the way through. In a separate frying pan heat up the flour tortillas. Spread the tortilla with some veginase and the tofu scramble. Top with a couple of slices of tomatoes per wrap.
