yummy pork chops! kittencal, i'm never disappointed with your recipes. thanks for posting! my only suggestion to others who make this recipe is to use pork chops with a little fat on them. i used extremely lean chops and they were a little dry. just sliced them thin and piled on the great sauce! served with scalloped pototoes. very well received! p.s. used fresh mushrooms and added the parmesan directly into the mushroom gravy. thanks again, kittencal!

These turned out super moist and delish!!! I changed a few things up a bit. I'm allergic to canned mushroom soup , so I made my own. I used Fresh mushrooms, 2 onions, canned milk , water flour, s&p. After I made the soup I added the white wine and parmesan cheese directly to the soup. I used panko bread crumbs in place of reg. ones. I will make this again and be sure to add it to my list of favorites.

This was really good! I didn't have the wine, so omitted it. I only baked for 45 min and then added soup mixture for 30 min. I added grilled mushrooms and onions to soup mixture, used garlic and herb breadcrumbs with mrs dash chipolte, pepper and onion powder.
This was very tender with good flavor, served over egg noodles. a winner!

Excellent recipe!!! I deviated a bit from this recipe and added the following:

Saute one (1) medium chopped onion and two (2) stalks of celery in four (4) tbsp of butter and 1/2 cup of white wine. Mix in with the mushroom gravy mixture. Also use one (1) can of cream of celery soup for gravy mixture. Instead of cayenne pepper, use ground ginger and curry powder. Also mix parmesan cheese in with the gravy mixture.

Fantastic recipe! The aroma from baking these in the oven was just wonderful :) My husband came home and said "what smells so good?" I just told him to take a look in the oven. He couldn't wait til it was on the dinner table and after we got sat down and went to cut the porkchops we found out quickly that we didn't need knifes. They were as tender as could be :) I used Garlic and Herb seasoning breadcrumbs and omitted the white dry wine cause I didn't have any on hand. I also used whipping cream in place of milk cause I was running low on milk in the house. The whipping cream gave it a richer flavor though and was very delicious Thanks so much Kittencal for another wonderful recipe!! :)
