Moist Blueberry Muffins

"This recipe taste just like the Starbucks one's. Took me a long time to get this right but its finally done. So yummy and moist. You can change this to your own taste. From whole wheat, organic, or what not. Even substitute butter with yogurt and it still taste the same. If you dont have Dairy Whey then just use sugar again. Tip: Bobs Red Mill makes the Dairy Whey.If you want an extra zip, try adding some lemon zest or almond flavoring. So yummy!"

  1. Incomplete instructions. What is the back time?? I looked up another reipe and ended up baking mine for 25-30 minutes. I liked the recipe, it is very moist. To me it was lacking something. Maybe some tange, like lemon zest.

Im a full time mommy to 4 beautiful daughters. I grew up in a single mom home, struggled to make ends meet, and in return learned how to cook and bake foods budget friendly and healthy. Now that im married and have 4 children, I try to make everything healthy as possible. 3 of my 4 children have allergies and excema so ive been forced to make everything myself. Food, soaps, etc. I feel good knowing whats going into our bodies and love to see my children thrive on life now that they are as healthy as can be. And hopefully some day my children will pass the torch to their children.
