  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet wth a piece of foil.
  3. Place the salmon on foil, skin side down.
  4. Brush salmon with olive oil.
  5. Season
  6. Place pan in oven and roast for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove pan from the oven, cover tigtly with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Flake with a fork.
  9. Serve 4 ounce of a lightly toasted bun.
