ingredients

Meatloaf
2 lbs ground sirloin
1 onion, minced
1 green pepper, diced
³⁄₄ cup brown sugar
¹⁄₂ cup saltine, crushed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
¹⁄₄ cup steak sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon garlic salt
Glaze
¹⁄₂ cup brown sugar
¹⁄₄ cup mustard
Sauce
1 cup canned tomato, crushed
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon garlic salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon pepper

directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients. Do not overmix -- just stir until incorporated.
Place meatloaf into meatloaf pan.
Combine glaze ingredients and brush onto meatloaf.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over top of meatloaf.
Bake 1 hour.
