  • 6 ounces diet lemon-lime soda
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 12 lime, cut into slices
  • 1 12 ounces rum
  • 5 -8 ice cubes

  • Muddle the mint and lime in a glass.
  • Add the soda and rum, stir well.
  • Add ice and enjoy.

  1. Woo-hoo! I am a happy girl! I love, love, love mojitos and haven't had one since counting calories and losing 15lbs. I was hoping to be able to enjoy one again and found this recipe. I prefer more lime so I think I'll add in 1/2 a lime next time and maybe sub some seltzer water for the diet 7-up (it was a little on the sweet side...) Thanks for sharing!!
