  • 1. Combine poultry seasoning, kosher salt, flour, and bread crumbs.
  • 2. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
  • 3. Wisk together milk and egg.
  • 4. Coat each potato slice with egg and milk mixture.
  • 5. Dredge each slice in crumb mixture and seat aside on a plate to rest.
  • 6. Add directly to 370 degree F oil and fry until golden brown.
  • I wait to make this until I have slightly older oil as this this recipe completely ruins the oil afterward with the amount of flour in the recipe. The oil is usually brown after I make these. Enjoy!
