Molasses Apple Crisp

ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup sifted flour
- 6 medium tart apples
- 1⁄3 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Creram butter, add brown sugar and flour gradually. Mixture will crumble. Pare and slice apples in a buttered 1 quart casserole, dribble molasses over apples along with cinnamon and salt. Crumble flour mixture over apples. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Serve with ice-cream.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
