  1. Place chopped rhubarb in a 13x9 pan.
  2. Mix sugar and jello together and sprinkle over rhubarb.
  3. Pour water over the rhubarb.
  4. Sprinkle cake mix over the entire mixture in the pan.
  5. Cut butter into small pieces and spread evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 375 for 1 hour to 1-1/4 hours.
  7. The top should be lightly browned.
