Directions

  1. Peel and cook Potatoes, Do not rinse, then cut into cubes.
  2. Fry Bacon to Crisp and Chop in Small Pieces - Reserve 2 Tbsp of Bacon Drippings.
  3. Hard Boil Eggs, then peel and dice.
  4. Chop, Dice, and Slice Vegetables.
  5. In a very large bowl, add potatoes, bacon, and eggs while they are still warm.
  6. Add in onions then all of the other ingredients.
  7. Stir while still warm, add mayo if needed.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
  9. ENJOY!
