  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 pan.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, combine dry mix.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine wet mix. Beat with mixer on low speed, until fairly smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry mix.
  5. Pour batter into greased pan and bake about 50 minutes.
