  • Boil potatoes and eggs.
  • Cool enough to handle.
  • Peel eggs and chop.
  • Cube potatoes with or without skins. I prefer the skins on it adds color and texture.
  • Add sliced scallions, minced green pepper and minced onion.
  • Gently mix together.
  • Add mayonnaise and mustard approximately 1 scoop of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoons Of mustard. {Use as much mayo and mustard as you like}
  • Then add celery salt to taste.
  • Serve warm, this is where you get the flavor.
