  1. Cook rice, let cool for about 30 minutes then add to 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Add broccoli, soup and cheese to rice, mix well.
  3. Add shredded cheese to mix.
  4. Add a little salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Let cool about 15 minutes before gobbling up!
