- 1814.36 g lean chuck roast
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3-4 stalk celery, chopped
- 29.58 ml brown sugar
- 118.29 ml vinegar
- 118.29 ml water
- 9.85 ml salt (or to taste)
- 14.79 ml pepper (or to taste)
- 425.24 g can tomatoes
- 29.58 ml Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Add all ingredients together in large pan.
- Cover and cook slowly for 3-4 hours until meat is tender and can be pulled apart easily.
- Serve on buns.
