Mom's Better Than Sex Cake

ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 16 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple
directions
- Add eggs, oil and juice from oranges to cake mix. Beat, then fold in oranges, seperate into three 8in cake pans, bake at 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool until COMPLETELY cool.
- Frosting.
- Large container of Kool whip, vanilla pudding mix, mix well together add crushed pineapples and juice. Frost cake and store in refridgerator.
- I used to use double the icing but you may not have to. I just like to make it tall.

Our congratulations. This is more than we expected. I made this yesterday for the Wifes Ladies Church group and they scarfed it down. Was told this will be in any Dish to Pass evening. I don't see why you couldn't use almost any mix Chocolate etc. If 10 * were possible this would get them. Thank you for a wonderful and easy recipe. Cap'n Jack -
This is the first time I have found the ORIGINAL BTS cake. I have been making this for years!!!! A tip....you can use the gluten free cake mix and it turns out really well with all the amazing liquids in this recipe. Won’t taste gritty. WARNING!! If u make this for a group or a potluck/party you will ALWAYS be asked. It is really that amazing!! Thank you for adding this recipe. And I always double the frosting. And when it goes to church potluck it is always called “Better Than...Cake”. Lol. Enjoy everyone!!
