Directions

  1. Combine chicken, green onion, tomatoes, olives, chilies and cilantro. Sprinkle with juice from lime.
  2. Slightly warm the tortillas and then the cream cheese in microwave.
  3. Place 1 oz "slice" of cream cheese in center of each tortilla, spoon 1/8th of the chicken mixture over the cream cheese into center of tortilla. Wrap like a burrito, folding ends shut. Optional: use a toothpick to hold tortilla shut.
  4. Fry over medium high heat in a little oil, until lightly brown and warm in center. Continue to add oil to pan as needed.
