  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Sift all dry ingredients except for sugars and set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugars.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Add sifted ingredients.
  7. Add chips and nuts(if using).
  8. Use two large spoons to scoop out dough onto cookie sheet(parchment paper is good to use on cookie sheet).
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on how you like them baked.
