  • Mix together pumpkin and evaporated milk.
  • Add sugars and corn syrup.
  • Stir in eggs, spices and Rum, you can subsitute 1 tsp of vanilla for the rum.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Bake at 450*F for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350*F and continue baking for 40 to 45 minutes.
