Mom's Fantasy Fudge

"This is a fudge recipe my mom made every Christmas. The fudge always disappeared long before Christmas came. She gave it to all of our neighbors. A close friend of the family told us that it wouldn't be Christmas without my mom's fudge. Little do they know how easy it is! My DH always looks forward to Christmas, because now I make this fudge!"

  1. Very easy to make but I thought the constituency was too much like marshmallows. Made for PAC Spring 2011

  2. Easy and perfect. I thought good fudge was hard to make but it wasn't. Smooth and creamy, everyone loved it.

  3. This is IT! The perfect chocolate fudge recipe! It's very creamy and so tasty. I think my daughter could have eaten the whole batch! Very easy too. I used butter instead of margarine, but other than that, stuck right to the recipe. Make sure you are at a full rolling boil before you start timing the 5 minutes. Perfection! Thanks so much for posting! :)
