Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs; 1/4 cup white sugar; 1/4 cup melted butter or 1/4 cup margarine; 1/2 cup white sugar; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; 1 tablespoon flour; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 2 cups milk; 2 egg yolks; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 2 egg whites, beaten stiff; add 1/4 cup white sugar

ingredients

Crumb crust
1 ¹⁄₄ cups graham cracker crumbs
¹⁄₄ cup white sugar
¹⁄₄ cup melted butter or 1/4 cup margarine
Filling
¹⁄₂ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon flour
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Meringue
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
add 1/4 cup white sugar

directions

Heat 1 3/4 cups milk, mix remaining milk with rest of ingredients. Add to hot milk- stir and boil till thick and smooth. Put in crust and top with meringue.
Bake in hot oven (425) for 5 minutes.
