Directions

  1. In a large pot brown hamburger with onion.
  2. In a separate pot cook noodles.
  3. Drain excess fat from hamburger.
  4. Add mushrooms, celery, tomatoes, catchup, salt and pepper to hamburger.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add cooked noodles.
  7. Simmer additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Top with sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired.
