  1. Combine ½ of the crumbs with dates, marshmallows, nuts, whipped cream and vanilla.
  2. Place mixture on a large piece of wax paper.
  3. Shape into a roll about 3” in diameter.
  4. Coat with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Firmly wrap up roll.
  6. Chill 12 hours or longer.
  7. Serve in ¾-inch slices topped with whipped cream.
