  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Cook and drain beef. Add spaghetti sauce and, simmer about 10 minutes.
  • Mix together cottage cheese, ½ of the mixed shredded cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Pour about a cup of sauce of bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 UNCOOKED lasagna noodles lengthwise over sauce and cover with another cup of sauce. Spread ½ cheese filling over sauce. Repeat with layer of lasagna, sauce and cheese mix. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce, sprinkle with mixed cheese.
  • Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil; bake additional 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
