Mom's Meatloaf

"I've eaten this meatloaf since I was a kid. I use the same recipe as my mother did and I never grow tired of it. I like covering mine in Bull's-Eye BBQ sauce."

  • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl.
  • Press flat into loaf pan, making sure mixture is level.
  • Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
  • Optional: remove after 50 minutes, cover in BBQ sauce or mixture of ketchup and brown sugar, and return to oven for 10 minutes.
  • Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
