  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  2. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage and pepper.
  3. Add beef and mix well.
  4. Shape into an 8 x 4 loaf on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. (I use nonstick foil or parchment paper for clean up).
  6. Combine remaining ingredients.
  7. Spread 3/4 cup over meatloaf.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until no pink remains, then drain.
  9. Cover with remaining sauce and return to oven for 10 minutes.
  10. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
