Mom's Okie Rice Dressing

"Great side dish, full of flavor. This dressing is so good I made it the night before delivered it to a potluck & found out latter that the host forgot to heat it & I still got rave reviews from everyone who ate it cold."

  • Saute the Mushrooms, Onions, Celery in butter
  • In a buttered 9 x 13 pan add rice, water, Beef Consume the saute'd vegetables & butter, Garlic salt, Pepper & chopped Parsley. Mix all ingredients, cover & bake in 350 oven for 30 to 35 minutes until rice is tender & liquid is absorbed.
