Mom's Pancakes

"I got this super recipe from my best friend Becky. It's so easy and they taste great. I made them this morning as part of a special valentine breakfast for my six grand kids. They loved them. I had to call Becky and let her know they were a big hit. My picky eater granddaughter didn't want to try them, but I made her try one anyway. She had two. She loved them."

I am a grandfather staying with my, single-parent, daughter and helping with her 6 kids. I spent 24 years in the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller. Then became a Manpower Secretary for three months. I left that position, because I was hired to be the first Human Resource manager for a local non-profit organization. Not bad for someone that didn't know what an HR person was and didn't know much about the non-profit. I was successful in that field, becoming the President of the Human Resource Association of Southeast Michigan.

I also wrote a book to help people who are looking for a job. The book title is Winning the Job Search Lottery. I chose the title, because I believe the job search is like a lottery. A company has one job, hundreds of people apply, only one wins the job. The book hasn't been published yet, but I do have it as an e-book.

When I was in the Navy, I put together a cookbook from recipes that people I worked with brought in.

I am an Independent Distributor for Send Out Cards. You are welcome to go to my website and send a free greeting card. The cards are good quality, printed, hand stamped, and sent through the mail. (www.AngelMillet.com)
