Directions

  1. Drain water off salmon.
  2. Mix salmon, salt, crackers, cheese, lemon juice, egg and onions in a small bowl.
  3. Shape into patties and dredge in cornmeal.
  4. Over medium-high heat, heat oil in skillet.
  5. Add patties, cooking on each side for approximately 5 minutes, or until brown.
