  1. Brown beef, mushrooms, and onions together.
  2. Add first water or broth, ketchup, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Mix second water and flour together well separately - no lumps.
  5. Stir into beef mixture while adding. Reduce heat and let thicken.
  6. Stir in Greek yogurt last before serving. Do not boil after adding the yogurt.
  7. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
