  2. Brown steak lightly in olive oil.
  3. Place in roast pan.
  4. Sauté garlic apple and onions.
  5. Add to meat.
  6. Place remaining ingredients in sauté pan; bring to a boil.
  7. Pour over meat.
  8. Seal tightly with foil.
  9. Bake 2 hours.
