- 1 can plum tomatoes or 1 can pome crushed tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 -3 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- hot pepper, crushed
- sea salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon basil or 1/2 tablespoon fresh basil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon oregano or 1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1⁄2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
directions
- Cook all ingredients in a pot, but don't cook long.
- Season to taste.
