  1. peel and cut whole bag of potatoes.
  2. Boil until soft, drain and mash until almost smooth.
  3. (you may use milk and butter if you wish).
  4. While potatoes are boiling, fry sausage.
  5. chopping into small pieces.
  6. (like ground hamburger with tacos).
  7. add cooked sausage into mashed potatoes,stir til mixed evenly.
  8. slowly add poultry seasoning.
  9. and add salt to taste.
  10. let cool slightly and use to stuff your favorite bird.
