Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
  • 34 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Stir the ground beef, cheese, and soup mix in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, ketchup, and steak sauce until smooth. Blend the eggs into the meat until evenly combined (if mixture seems dry, add a bit of water). Press into a 9x5"-inch loaf pan. Bake 45-60 minutes until meatloaf is no longer pink in center.
