ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup oats
- 2⁄3 cup corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup soft butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter chips or 1/4 cup English toffee bits
directions
- Mix egg, sugar, peanut butter and soft butter until creamy.
- Mix dry ingredients until combined.
- Add dry ingredients and chips to wet ingredients. Mix until all are combined thoroughly.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Enjoy!
