Monster Cookies
"Or as my DS likes to call them "Cookie Monster" cookies. These have it all and they taste wonderful. I like to make them large but you could make them smaller, just adjust baking time."

ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄3 cups peanut butter
- 4 1⁄2 cups oatmeal
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M'
directions
- Beat the eggs; add sugar, vanilla, syrup, margarine.
- Mix well then add baking soda and peanut butter.
- Add chocolate chips, oatmeal and candies.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Scoop with an ice cream scoop and roll up in a ball.
- Place on a cookie sheet and mash down.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

<p>Hello! I am in Nebraska with three of my four children and a husband of 20 yrs.(the fourth child is in the Army stationed at Fort Bragg) I get to be a stay home mom and LOVE it.(which gives me time to look for new recipes...LOL) We like to camp, play sports,watching movies and lots more.
