Morning Apple Cake

- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups butter, melted
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
- added ground cinnamon
directions
- Whisk together Eagle Brand, eggs and melted butter. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon, applesauce, pecans and raisins, if using.
- Pour batter evenly into parchment paper-lined 13x9 baking dish. Arrange the apples in rows over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Bake in preheated 325F oven 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish as desired.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
