Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 chicken thighs, skinned
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (no salt added)
  • 12 cup dried plum juice (prune) or 12 cup orange juice
  • 6 pitted dried plums, diced (prunes)
  • 14 teaspoon ground allspice
  • kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 13 cups boiling water 1 cup plain tabbouleh salad
  • 12 cup chopped parsley

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and brown on one side. Turn and add the onion; continue cooking until the onion and chicken are browned.
