  1. These were very tasty and really easy to make. I used half lamb chops and half veal loin chops. The spice mix was good on the veal, but not near as good as on the lamb. The spices just compliment the lamb so nicely. I do think I'll try adding a little garlic next time though. Thanks a lot.

  2. i don't usually rate too many recipes, but since this has become my absolute favorite way to cook lamb, i thought it would be good to add an opinion:) I absolutely love this recipe...very savory and soooo delicious! i cooked it for a friend and all he could say was "mmmmmm!" Thank you for posting!

  3. Pretty tasty on our lamb chops thanks. I'd like a bit of dried thyme in there as well and maybe a bit more cayene than the pinch.

  4. Wow, you have outdone yourself on this! I needed to use this recipe for fast and ease, and this did the job, and then some. I just didn't have a chance to use the grill, used my little "toaster oven" broiler to make it where I could watch it. Terrific! I sprinkled on the seasoning's about 2 hours prior to making the dish, and before putting in, I added a mixture of butter/oil mixed, then rubbed in a little more seasoning. Oh how tasty. These were so good, you wanted to eat more then your fair share. Thanks Beautiful BC!

  5. Really easy, really fast, and really good! What more could one want? Even the kids loved these! I had to limit them so that poor dh would have some dinner when he got home. I followed the recipe exactly except that I used the broiler w/ the pan about 4" from the heat, 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 on the second side.
