Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Stir together cream of celery soup and milk in saucepan or microwaveable bowl.
  3. Cut cream cheese into cubes.
  4. Stir into soup/milk mixture.
  5. Heat just until combined, using whisk if possible; small bits of cheese may remain.
  6. In large bowl combine hash browns and soup mixture.
  7. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
  8. Bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until bubbly and light brown on top.
