  1. This just hit the spot when I was craving scalloped potatoes. I did use mushroom soup but left out the sliced mushrooms. I used Mexican fiesta blend cheese. Thanks it was very yummy.

  2. Simple delicious comfort food. I halved the recipe with great results. Used low fat soup without effecting the taste. Put it together in 10 minutes and only cooked it for 2 hours as my casserole was smaller.

  3. I have a family full of potato-lovers so I knew this recipe would go over well with them. I was right. I followed your directions exactly and did use a little water to dilute the soup just slightly. My cooking time was more like 2 hours, 45 minutes. Overall, the dish was very creamy and had a nice comforting flavor. Very easy to prepare and something I would want to make again. Thanks Glittergirl and congrats on your win.

  4. So sorry that this review is late as I made these a few days ago and forgot to post a review. :( These potatoes came out wonderful, and I did use a little water to dilute the soup. I also let them cook uncovered for the last 15 minutes to crisp up the top a little. I only had to cook them for @ 2 1/2 hrs. I suppose due to the thickness of the slices of potato, which were around 1/4 in. My oven runs a little hot as well, so that also contributed to the cooking time. Anyway, they came out delicious! Thanks!
