  • 12 loaf sliced white bread
  • 125 ml chutney
  • 500 ml grated cheese
  • 5 slices bacon, derinded and chopped
  • Version 2
  • 12 loaf sliced white bread
  • marmite
  • grated cheese

Directions

  1. Version 1:.
  2. Put bread slices on a baking tray. Spread chutney evenly over each slice. Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle bacon over these.
  3. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  4. Version 2: Spread each slice with a thin layer of Marmite. Top with grated cheese. Cut into 3. Bake at 150 degrees C for 20 minutes. When cold, store in airtight container.
