  • Ham Mousse: 250 Gr ham, 250 gr of Robiola chees, 1 cucchiaiono of pulp of truffle, salt (put everything in the mix)
  • Tuna Mousse: 120 gr of butter, 300gr tuna. work the butter with the tuna, 1 GLASS OF COGNAC salt and pepper
  • Cheese mousse: 400 gr OF CHEESE soft type Robiola, 2 tablespoons of cream, salt and incorporate 100gr pickles cut into cubes.
