  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray muffin pan or line with cupcake papers.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium size bowl.
  4. Blend banana, splenda, eggs, peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl.
  5. Stir flour into banana mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  7. Pour into muffin pan.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
