  1. I had something similar to this at the Olive Garden years ago. I followed the recipe for the most part, but I substituted store bought garlic bread (Pepperidge Farm) for the Italian bread and that added buttery garlic flavor that went perfectly with this.

  2. Fantastic!! Flavor is great! I loved having the cheese in between the tomato mixture. Only thing I added was to rub the bread with a piece of sliced garlic before topping. Thanks Lainey!!

  3. This was a very nice bruschetta as written. A little bland for our taste, but as the intro states, you can add whatever you like. I wanted to make as written. I miss the onion and garlic of most bruschetta. But we still enjoyed this. Thanks Lainey. Made for Zaar Stars Tag Game.

  4. I had this with a salad for dinner and truly enjoyed it! I too left the seeds in the tomatoes. Thanks Lainey!

  5. This was fantastic! My husband is allergic to onions, so he usually doesn't eat bruschetta. He loved this and I know this is going to be a new family favorite. Thanks! Made for Make my recipe tag.
